my question is, when the water starts to drain after a good 20 to 30 seconds, the water starts to come out of the drain pipe, I have poured 2 gallons of liquid plumber and also with an auger, if I put the regular water hose into the drain pipe, it never backs up, any ideas?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I hope you saved your receipt for the plumbing chemicals. Go get a refund. Chemicals don't do anything for this type of blockage. What size pipe are you using? That pipe dumps into what size pipe ?
You need a pipe cleaning head that is large enough to clear and clean both pipes. Poking holes in gel blockages just don't resolve those kinds of blockages. Over the years you have lint, soap grease and sand that has created the blockage.
If you can't do it with rented equipment, call a licensed professional.
Best Wishes

Be going back to Mom's hose in the morning, I will check the pipe sizes, and go to the rental store.
Thank you so much for your advise.

If your drain pipes are ABS or PVC (not metalic) you could try a baloon on the end of a hose. See your hardware store for this device. They come in sizes from 1 1/2" to 4" and even larger but you need to get the size of your drain stand pipe. You will need a peron to turn on the water for you while you keep the hose from backing out and flooding your laundry room. Hopefully you have more than 50 PSI of water pressure. If your pipes are metal, go straight for the proper size snake and feed it slowly making sure you do not kink up the cable. You may want to consider getting professional help here to make sure your Mom is taken care of right. Good luck

Forget the chemicals and use the snake "properly" to reach the obstruction, (it could be in the trap itself).
