When I turn on the hot water from the faucets it smells like I turned on the sewer line. It smells awful. How do I correct this problem. Also I have a septic tank that I had pumped two months ago. I walked in my house from work today and it smelt like the entire sewer tank was in my house. The smell is coming from the hall bathroom and it smells like the bathroom is filled with rotten eggs, literally. I went outside and checked the septic to make sure it had not filled up for some reason. What can I do to correct this problem? Please help ASAP Thank you in advance

I suspect you may have sulfur in your water, replacing the anode rod in the water heater with a different kind may help. The hall bath toilet may need to be reset with a new wax seal, that's a common place for sewer gas to escape.
