I installed my Delta (19922T-SSSD-DST) Faucet fine. Waterflow great. Then I added a filtered water faucet. I had to add a separate Water Supply T-Valve on top of cold water pipe. I then put the check valve [ecx.images-amazon.com] on top of the Water Supply T-Valve. Since then the water flow on cold is very low out of the main faucet. The check valve has some sort of plastic filter inside to slow water. My question is, do I remove that piece inside check valve or do I get another fitting to replace check valve, that does not slow the water pressure?

The plastic filter is probably just that, a filter to keep debris from fouling the check valve. Have you inspected the filter for debris? Try swapping hot and cold check valves and see if the problem remains with the cold or does it move to the hot flow.
