Not sure if they are screw-in spuds with gaskets or metal with 3 screws. Do they want flat or beehive strainers? I believe the Stallbrook Urinal are laid a sand base. You definitely have your work ahead of you.

Are they referring to the grid or the entire strainer? To do the strainer you have to take the urinal out and the are cemented into the concrete. Often they are in a block poured after the urinal is set in place, but occasionally they are installed when the floor is poured. Either way, you have some tile and concrete work to do, and maybe replacing a urinal if it gets damaged. The strainer is usually secured to the riser with a caulked lead joint. Why do they want it removed/replaced?

You will have to drill new holes in the brass for a new strainer. I believe the grid strainer is 3-1/2 inches. Do you need a part number or do you have a new grid strainer?
White-Racker, makes a replacement grid strainer for the Crane Stallbrook Urinal.
