Does anyone know what these pipes are? Will a flotec pump work?

Even when new a Flotech pump is not very good. Are you sure there isn't a pump in the well now ? Where does the wire go after it leaves the disconnect ? It appears the water enters the filter from the left and is being feed to at least 2 maybe 3 locations ?

I am not sure, was told a pump was stolen inlet on left, It just seamed weird that I have 3 pipes coming from the ground.

Looks like something for an outdoor, above ground swimming pool. The filter looks like a Haywood Filter.
