The landlord turned off the water in my building to do some work on the floor below me. When he turned it back on, the shower, bathroom sink and toilet all work fine, but the kitchen sink has almost no water pressure now--it just trickles out. The kitchen sink sprayer, though, works just fine. I tried cleaning the aerator; it didn't change anything, so I don't think it's a blockage. Any thoughts?

I think the diverter is stuck due to debris. Depending on the make of the faucet you may have to remove the spout to access the diverter.

How does it do without the aerator, because sometimes they do not clean very good.

When you cleaned the aerator did you turn on the water while it was off the faucet?
