Just when I thought we had determined the best group for us to use for our copper repipe of entire house, we received a new bid from them today that somewhat clarified what work would be included in the job. But group took out the part about returning home to similar condition by stating that repair to stucco damage and roof damage wasn't included now. This group had the highest price I had heard from another customer, but they did very good pipe job and walls returned to original condition. Why now are the rescinding their vague offer to do that? I told husband I just cannot sign a contract that leaves it open for them to do damage to stucco and roof for such a high fee. So the search for a group that can do the entire job well remains. I don't understand why the stucco has to be damaged in the first place nor the part about the roof as we have a single story home. Thanks for listening.
