cold water in bathroom sink no where else but toilets
Author: ame1975 (MO)

so I had to reroute a water pipe, not by much thought. just enough to put in duct work for a new furnace. anyhow, after turning the main valve back on the only water supply that works is the bathroom sink....the kitchen has hot but very slow cold water. the tub has slow hot and no cold water. can anyone help me figure this out? thanks for reading.( oh and I should mention the toilet works just fine!

No, because you do not give us enough information to diagnose it, and on the surface it appears to be illogical.

what kind of pipe did you cut into?
if it was galvanized, you may have dislodged a chunk of rust that is now clogging your pipes. Just an idea.
You might try to back flush the pipes with air to remove any sediment.
