I am a new homeowner.. Literally a week. Everything has been fine until yesterday. While showering in the master bathroom, the toilet starts bubbling. I hurry to finish my shower, only to notice that now the shower is not draining normally. I stop the shower , the toilet is still bubbling and the water is very slow to drain.. Once it's all drained the bubbles stopped.
Today the toilet will not hold much water after its flushed.
I checked the guest, bathroom and the same scenario happens there as well while running the water in the tub.
Any idea what this could even be?
Is this something I can fix on my own or the job for a plumber?

Guy came out yesterday and noticed vent pipes were closed off (new roof was recently put on prior to my purchase)
He opened them but it didn't fix the issue right away. He snaked the pipes and thought there may have been a blockage.. All was working after that..... until now.. Could the blockage be back that quickly?

The blockage is in the drain piping, not the vent piping.
