The water in the bathroom toilet bowl starts bubbling air about 1/2 way through taking shower, then the water stops draining in the bathtub drain. Then the water in the toilet bowl empties completely. Started happening after had house reroofed. Septic tank emptied 1 year ago.

Unless they plugged your roof vent, you have a partially blocked sewer line.

Look down it, and the stoppage is NOT Likely to be in the tank, but rather the pipe to it.

Roofers came back today and looked down pipe, also dropped lawn hose down and turned on water---seemed to drain okay. I was able to flush toilet while they were running hose okay...I'm thinking the blockage is between the bathtub drain and toilet?? Opinions?
