the picture does not show enough to determine whether it is a Kohler Champlain or a Case 1000/1100, so I am not sure if the seat mentioned will fit it. |

The raised design on the lid is that of a Case Second Model A. The 1000/1100/3000 had a different lid design. |

Do the adapters exist? I have two seats that I would love to replace. I don't see any online that are the same size as what I have. |
