due to a sink valve link upstairs, I have had to remove my ceiling downstairs and exposed the condition of the pipes between my floors. I have had two plumbers look at it. one plumber said to replumb and replace the copper with pex as soon as possible. the second said that it was just excess Flux and to just leave it alone.
I am confused as to what to do and simply looking for any more opinions. the discoloration is pretty much exclusively at the joints. I have had a new pressure valve installed and the inside of the pipe at the pressure valve that was removed to solder in a new valve looked fine.
hopefully this linked above but if not:

It appears that maybe a bit of excessive heat was used during the soldering, but I wouldn't change it. That copper has many years of life left in it.
