I kneed to drain a 1 1/2 p trap into a 3 1/2 main line. My problem is that where the pipe comes up out of the slab they put a coupling in just below the clean out the goes through the stucko to the out side. I just don't have enough room to get my san tee in there. Any suggestions are welcom.

They do not make 3 1/2" drain lines so your there is a problem with your initial premise.

If you can see where the cleanout ends and the coupling begins, make your cut right there. Use a ram bit to remove the piece of pipe remaining in the coupling, then you can glue a new piece of pipe in the coupling ,add your tee or wye with a new cleanout in the back of the tee or wye.

To give the best advice, you should send a couple of photos that show the area you want to change. You will get more accurate informaion that way.
