 flex appliance gas line

I had to pull out my oven to make a repair. I complete my repair and then push it back in. Realize I left something behind stove... have to pull it out again.

Got me to thinking, how durable are those flexible supply lines? Should I be concerned I caused a leak? I know they say not to reuse them but what the consensus on "moving" the appliance?

99.9% of the time there is no problem with pulling it out and then shoving it back in place.

If I moved into a place that had lines stretched out because someone may have @#$%& them exceptionally hard, I would replace them, but if I was the one moving the appliance, and care was taken, I wouldn't worry about it. apparently j e r k e d is swearing?

That's one of the reasons why there used. So you can pull the appliance out for service or cleaning under(stove or dryer).

In hte old days they were not corrugated and after a couple of moves they would get stiff and kink or crack.
