 Eljer 1965 rear discharge

I have 2 toilets that are Eljer rear discharge made back in 1965 and it looks kind of like a Orlando model
i would like to replace with newer toilets but keep the rear discharge
anyone have any ideas

i believe the eljer discharge height is 4 inches off the finish floor. as long as you replace them with any brand that has the same dimension off the floor there will no problem with changing brands.
only problem you might run into could be the condition of the flange on the wall. after all these years it may be deteriorated and need some help.
i just looked and kohler has one that has 4 inch measure you are looking for.
search for kohler back outlet toilet.
