There are many companies that make wall hung toilets, but whether the bottoms are such that they will sit on the floor, or more important, drop down so far that it would raise the toilet, is something you would almost have to measure the actual bowl to determine.

You have an older American Standard Glenwall combination. These are still made but are 1.6 gallon flush. Yours is a 3.5 gallon. The new ones are pressure assist to help this style flush better. You cannot use a floor mount/backoutlet without removing the carrier in the wall. See the link.

At least it's not tiled, yet. In that alcove, I would tile it myself.

The new A/S is a exact replacement. As for the gasket a Zurn Z-! or any other wall hung gasket will work. Hercules makes a wax/urethane gasket for wall mount bowls #90-270. The link shows your original rough-in.

I replaced an old Kohler about 5 years ago with an American Standard Glenwall with a Sloan Pressure Tank. The only problem is the new AS sits about two inches lower so be prepared for height differences as the old wall support was non-adjustable.
I just replaced this with a totally new system. You can have the five year old for free if you want to drive to Sister Bay.

dont think its an exact replacement since this one sits on the floor and the new one is hung off the wall.....i think i need to raise the height.....i doubt the homeowner wants to get into the major $$ of opening up a wall to do this...and its on a large high rise building....so i may not be able to do it all from the unit im in...may need to get into a lower unit and open a ceiling......
i suspect they will have this toilet forever and just keep rebuilding it
