 water pressure fluctuation

i do not have a well, but i do have a tank-less water heater. would What causes my water pressure to fluctuate. when i bought new washing machine i noticed that it started,but only the washing machine. now the cold water in the kitchen is starting to do it.

washing machines and tankless heaters don't necessarily like one another. Are you having the same issue when running loads on cold as well as hot?

KCRoto, would you mind clarifying washing machines and tankless water heaters don't necessarily like each other? Just curious, I don't see the connection and you can enlighten me. TIA KCRoto

Newer washing machines that use less water start and stop frequently, and depending on the temperature settings, may cause the tankless to cycle on and off frequently, whereas a hot water tank has a standing supply, and an old machine gets all of its water at the beginning of each different cycle. I really wonder if the OP were to run the washer on nothing but tap cold, or hot washes, if the pressure fluctuations would continue.
