I got a strange issue with water pipes - when I flush a toilet (4 toilets in the house, any of them), when water starts filling up and strange banging noise appears. It has never happened before and suddenly, all toilets in the house affected?? No issues with sinks, bath and shower.
This is the video with the sound - [youtu.be]
could it be water pressure issue?

Sounds like you have a drummer living upstairs. Change the music and see if the beat changes. Just kidding of course. Loose pipes (not being strapped and isolated properly and possibly excessive pressure could definitely cause your problem. If you have a Pressure Reducing Valve where your water enters your home, adjust it so that you reduce the pressure to around 50 PSI (my personal recommendation) and see if the pipe still rattle. They may still rattle so you would need to adress the loose pipe so that they don't wear a hole in your copper tubing. Note: On the PRVs that I am familiar with after loosening the lock nut you turn the adjusting screw out to reduce the pressure. Hope this helps if this is your problem.

I disagree......The pipes may be loose, but that might account for a single bang as the fill valves closed. I don't know, for certain, what would cause that, but I would suspect the PRV.

I suspect the pressure regulator. Have you turned on a faucet when the toilet is refilling and the noise is being made? Multiple faucets and no toilet?

Guys,
thanks for your replies. It seems that faucets itself do not produce the sound - I turned on multiple faucets and no sound in pipes, but all toilets, washer and an outside faucet do cause the sound.
I feel like it's because of the water pressure/PRV, because when I'm trying to slightly close the main valve when it's banging - the sounds disappears.
BTW, I just checked water pressure - 85 PSI, is that normal?

85psi is above code maximum(80psi is code max). Try adjusting the PRV lower by backing the screw out. Open a faucet to bleed excess pressure and recheck pressure at the bib.

I adjusted PRV by a couple of turns counterclockwise to reduce the pressure, drain the water, turn it on - that didn't help at all, no changes on a pressure meter - 85 PSI as it was before.. I think I just need to replace PRV.
and this is what happens when I flush a toilet - [youtu.be]

lavatories, showers, and kitchen faucets all have flow restrictors that limit the flow rate, and thus regulate the flow through the main valve and pressure reducer. Outside hose spigots, bathtubs, washing machines, and toilets to some extent aren't restricted in flow rate. It sounds like it is an issue with debris in a pressure reducing valve, partially blocking it up. Check the manufacturer's website for your particular valve for cleaning/maintenance procedures and see if cleaning it out can stop the noise.
