Plumber says there is no balancing spool in this Moen faucet. Any other possibilities? Could toilet mixing valve cause the fluctuations? |

first off, someone has to hold the hot water pipe leaving the water heater as the shower is being run. it could be a dip tube problem ? |

Have already tried that. still wondering about the toilet mixing valve. Can there be a crossover there? |

Run the same test on it as Packy suggests for the water heater. |

Have held hot water pipe coming out of water heater. No temperature change. What are your thought on toilet mixing valve? |
