I am trying to identify what type of toilet this is so that I can replace the base which is chipped. I've attached links to pictures of all of the markings inside of the toilet tank and underside of the tank cover. Thank you for your help!

That tank went on 4 different bowls. It is the Serif series. Bowl #s K-3444, K-3461, K-3464, K-3468 |

Most of the color in the pictures appears to be reflection of the cabinet and floor; I think it is a plain white model. |
