I am trying to identify what type of toilet this is so that I can replace the base which is chipped. I've attached links to pictures of all of the markings inside of the toilet tank and underside of the tank cover. Thank you for your help!

The bowl seems to be "generic" to several "models" and without a picture of the tank we cannot pin it down. But it may be the same bowl as the Wellworth, but the bigger problem is identifying the color, since color does NOT put a color code inside their tanks.

That tank went on 4 different bowls. It is the Serif series. Bowl #s K-3444, K-3461, K-3464, K-3468

Most of the color in the pictures appears to be reflection of the cabinet and floor; I think it is a plain white model.
