How to connect no hub drain outlet to hub/spigot CI underground pipe?

Cut the hub off the end of the pipe and use a no hub coupling to join the two male ends.

yeah exactly.. if there is a slight (i mean slight) difference in pipe outside diameters, use a 4 band no hub clamp. they are stronger and more forgiving.

or you can add a male to the hub with a gasket or lead...but it's easier to cut the female off and go male to male.

Normally one would reuse the existing hub and use molten lead and oakum with a runner (pouring rope) and install the no hub into the hub
Or cut the hub and use a MISSION coupling from XHCI to NO hub CI and it makes for a perfect job
