I don't recall ever seeing one. I know I wouldn't go with either one for my own house.
Toto Drake for me.

i've installed a couple of the 'niagra' toilets. they seem to flush OK. the water level in the tank can not be adjusted because of their unique flushing mechanism.
i wouldn't use american standard.
i too would use TOTO..

Remember that a toilet.... any toilet is as good as the support system. A defective drain system will not correct itself with a good toilet.
I too recommend a Toto-Drake.
Best Wishes

I had a Viper installed and havent had a problem. A certain teenage kid in my house flushed half a new roll of TP with no problems. Why? Because the guy at the plumbing shop said it could be done.

An unusual brand of toilet with a unique flushing mechanism raises a red flag for me no matter how well it flushes. When it comes time to fix it will you be able to find parts?

I agree about the off brand pooper. Sams club had some recently for an "attractive" price. But I decided not to just for the parts reason. Incidentally Vipers are made by Gerber using stock Flowmaster parts
