Hello,
I would like to add a flexible extension to the shower pipe and am trying to unscrew it but it's very tight.
I'm using a pair of players and inner tube patch to avoid scratching the outer part of the round bolt.
Planning to borrow a wrench pipe and hope to receive some advice to what's the direction to turn whether clockwise or anti clockwise and any other tip would be helpfull as its an old pipe I believe..
Many Thanks, Aiman

Lefty=loosey. A pipe wrench is your best non-slip method for removing the arm.

If the shower arm has a ball on the end, it might not come off and the entire arm has to be unscrewed from the fitting in the wall.

if the head is removed and you want to unscrew the chrome angled pipe, stick something round into the end of the pipe and push to the right.

If it is a "round ball" it may NOT unscrew because it is part of the shower arm. We would need a picture to be sure.
