I am looking to replace my bathroom faucet and after inspecting under the sink, discovered that these water lines have a weird green corrosion. My question is: What is this? And Do I need to replace these lines? Thanks for your help!!!

you need to be very, very careful when unscrewing those supplies.
do not even try to budge them without a second wrench used as a 'holdback'.

The lines are integral with the valves so they do not want to touch the supply lines until the water is turned off to the building.

Yes, backup wrench on faucet supplies. Shut off water to house, drain down, remove old valves and supplies, install "regular' chrome stops on hot and cold with braided flex supplies up to faucet.
