The pressure switch is in my crawl space that is very tight.I have no visible tank....does that mean it's buried or I don't have one?

Keep looking, it is hidden somewhere. I have seen one hidden under the cover that housed the well and pressure switch on a mobile home, so it is possible. The cover was about 4 feet or so in diameter, and had a flowerbed on top of it.. I would suggest checking by the hot water tank.

It sounds like you have a bigger problem than a pressure tank. I think I would be putting a gauge on something and checking to see what is actually happening. It sounds more like the pressure switch isn't activating the pump. Whether it is the pump or the switch is the issue. If you have a whole house filter clogged up before the pressure tank it could do the same thing.
