We'd like to tile a small powder-room, but the existing toilet rough-in from the 1940s is 11-5/8", so the toilet tank-lid actually butts against the plaster-wall behind it. Add another 3/8" or so thickness with tile (using mastic directly to the wall, no backer-board) and a 12" rough-in toilet will not fit, or will just barely fit if we're lucky. It's also a small room with not a lot of room for a person to stand at the sink directly opposite the toilet; no room to shift the toilet forwards with an offset flange.
We also want a single-piece toilet if we can find one. A Kohler Rialto (12" rough-in) might just fit into this space, according to the spec sheet.
Are there any 10" rough in single piece toilets (that don't use a spud valve)?

Check the levelness of the floor under the toilet, and plumb of the wall behind the toilet. In older houses, things may not be quite level, or plumb and if you're lucky, this might work in your favor.
