Hi, the toilets in my new house splatters water on the toilet seat or squits water on the surrounding area when flashed. What is the cause of this? How to fix it?
The flush does not clean waste at the first time. Multiple flushes are needed. Please help.

They may be defective, because the two problems often go together, in which case nothing will fix them other than replacement. when you say "new" do you mean they are new or just new to you?

That will tell her absolutely NOTHING about why it splatters on the seat and out of the toilet.

Perhaps a cheap power-assist low flow toilet? Might be a Volvo.

The house and the toilet is brand new. The toilet brand is "Sterling". Instead of swirling, the water comes upward.

Just because something is new, doesn't mean that it isn't a poor design and inferior product. Most builders install junk because they are buying an entire truckload at a time and they buy what is the cheapest. Many builders don't even install supply stops on sinks and toilets because they cost an extra $15 per bathroom to install.

I have never seen that, but if it did happen it would be because the plumber wanted to make that extra $15.00, but he would have to spend part of that $15.00, (and it does not cost that much extra in the first place), to make some kind of connection.
