Hi All,

Today morning all of sudden there was no hot water coming from bathroom sink faucet.Everywhere in house how water is coming.

Is the line frozen and how to find where the line is frozen.I am putting heat and hot cloth to the exposed pipe,so far no luck.

I also took the cartridge out and cleaned it. Cold water is coming from hot water side when I remove the cartridge.

Please help me out.

keep your heat turned up and pray the pipe has not split from the freeze.
if you have a seperate hot water shut off to that bathroom it is prudent to shut it off now and turn it on periodically to see if the pipe has thawed.
as for locating the frozen section, not to be a smart a** but all anyone can say for sure is it is not frozen in a warm area. it could be in any cold floor space, ceiling or outside wall ???

Open the cabinet doors and turn the faucet on slightly, but do NOT leave the house with it turned on because when it starts to drip it will thaw quickly and you want to be there to turn the faucet off.
