Gerber Tank to Bowl Gasket Leak
Author: doug1011 (IA)

This is the most useless toilet in the market because one could spend a lifetime trying to find a gasket that fits. Gerber should stick to standard size gaskets such that they can be purchased anywhere and one does not have to do a PHd on it. I have wasted a weekend trying to figure out the problem and I'm still waiting on parts from Lowes. Hope it gets fixed today. This is a good example of WHAT NOT TO PURCHASE.

Have you considered contact Gerber direct for a warranty part?

so go buy a kohlet toilet with the 3 corner tank to bowl gasket.
manufacturers make their parts slightly different from eachother for a reason.
BTW, our sponser carries an extensive line of tank to bowl gaskets (including the kohler 3 corner gasket)

I use gerber tank to bowl gaskets frequently and don't have and issue. Some toilets need a thicker gasket, some need the close coupled gaskets.
