Hello,
I have a 16 year old house and starting to do some minor fixes myself to the mechanics.
We have a Utica cast iron boiler for base board hot water heat and an indirect 40 gallon hot water tank (Superstor) brand.
The whole system has worked quite well all these years, need to replace the relief valve and expansion tank on the boiler but those are easy.
My water tank is stainless steel and has a lifetime warranty according to my paperwork. How long will it really last ? Should I replace it and avoid a big mess and the inconvenience of having no hot water some day soon.
Thanks!

a s/s tank has an indefinite service life
if periodically drained / flushed it 'should' last a lifetime
IMO: if it ain't broke, don't fix it

Superstor makes a high quality product. I'd leave it as is.
