I have a mobile home and the prevous owners were horrible i cant take a shower because its stuck on bath and the screw that changes it spins but wont change it they also soldered everything and used some kind of epoxy to cover there crap now i cant even remove it im using my phone so i cant use pictures so i apologize if u have no idea what im talking about this my first self owned home and i cant afford any special plumming so if anyone has any ideas i appreciate it

When dealing with mobile home faucets it's almost always less expensive and faster to just replace the entire faucet.
Once the water is turned off it's literally a 10 minute or less job to replace a faucet.

I would argue about the ten minute job unless you are replacing the old junk with new junk instead of a quality product. But yes, you are almost always better off replacing the junk fixtures inside a mobile home. The times that you aren't.. well, it is usually because there are far more serious problems in play.

Fixing your faucet is not an option. Replace it. If you don't know how to do it, find someone who can.
