Had a slow draining kitchen sink. Used Drano max gel on it & all the other drains(bathroom & tub) in the house. Now the toilet is draining very slowly. Question is-the drano says to not use in toilets. Can I use liquid lightning virgin sulfuric acid in my toilet after using drano in all my other drains?

no.. the acid will create heat when it contacts the water and the heat will likely crack the porcelain bowl.
try pouring a 5 gallon bucket of water into the bowl. if it doesn't take the water but just fills up, the clog is probably in the toilet. go out and pick up a toilet auger and use it to free the toilet.

The package says to use 2oz for 5 min to preheat & then use 14oz for 15 min. Will preheating not work?

With a clogged sewer line, there's nothing that you can pour in the toilet bowl that will help.

Using chemicals is the perfect recipe for trouble, the odor and lack of results could injure you and affect other members of your house. Save your receipts, because after you realize it doesn't work you may want to take those chemicals back for a refund.
I'd also consider pulling the toliet and auger. You will cause less damage to the china Make sure you clear the line and not just pushing the clog further into a tight spot.
Best Wishes

Your problem may be with the main sewer line if everything is backing up. Dumping acid down the drain is throwing money away, and my cause significant damage to your house, plumbing, and/or family. Call in a pro and get the problem assessed. They can determine the problem within minutes generally, and will have all the necessary tools to get the job done.
