I am a new business owner that just purchased a small building that had been vacant for ~4 years. The bathrooms are right next to the hot water heater (both sinks are within 12 ft) but have zero water pressure and never get hot water...not even after 10 minutes of running the water. The kitchen sink is about 30 feet away and has no water pressure and will get warm water if the water is run long enough. However the slosh sink is right behind the kitchen sink and gets great water pressure and hot water almost immediately. There is build up around the faucets. Would new faucets fix this problem? Its so confusing because the slosh sink is the furthest away but has no issues! Any advice is appreciated.

You need professional intervention.... a licensed plumber. An onsite evaluation, should expose the sins and shortfalls of the past, before you took ownership of a commercial building that sat idle for 4 years.

Remove the aerators from the spouts and clean or replace them.
