We have 11 toilets and 2 urinals in our main building. This morning they all siphoned or drained simultaneously leaving no water in most and an inch or two in a few. Three of the toilets have Sloan Flushometers and 8 have Kohler Flushmate 503 Series valves.
What can cause such a phenomenon?

I get to answer my own question! Our local water company is doing there every 5 year clean out of the sewer system. Their high pressure scouring of the lines caused the siphoning. Would have been nice to know they were going to do this ahead of time, but all is well.

if the system was vented properly that would not have happened.
the suction created at the street sewer would pull air down the vents not pull water from the toilets.
nothing you can do about it now..
good luck..

This problem is arising because they have not been installed properly. I think you must need the help of a professional plumber to solve this problem.
