I live in central fl, don't know if that makes a difference. Anway I noticed when turned faucet on that seems like air comes out with a little water then full water. Main issue is I can see parts of bedroom that there is water markings underneath wood. I also see black markings (mold?) What steps do I need to take in this siuation?

If it isn't still wet, then the plumbing isn't currently an issue. It has probably leaked in the past, but someone fixed the problem, but not before damage occurred. A mold remediation company can assess any mold or possible mold issues, we can't give you advice on that here.

One characteristic of air, and water, is that the leak OUT of pipes, not INTO it, unless they are being pumped into the pipe, and since I doubt you are doing that the air is NOT caused by a leak.
