Our new home has dirt coming out of the tub water. Not in sinks or shower. We have replaced hot water heater with a tankless heater. Is there anything to pour in pipes to clean dirt?

Your house has been pumping well water for 18 years. The most likely scenario is that it is mud that has been getting through your filter system. When you have a whole house filter, it has a trade off in the size of the particles it can stop and still provide enough water flow to the house. A fine filter might get all the mud out, but it can clog quickly with particulate matter; If it were able to pass sufficient water to supply the house, simply can't stop everything. If the mud is recent development, I would have to assume that:
1. the filter that is in place now isn't catching all the particulates that the old filters were
2. You are using more water from the well and water is coming in faster than before
3. something has changed with the well itself. Is it possible that surface water is leaking in and bringing mud with it? has there recently been work done on or near the well?
