Hi Everyone!!
Actually I have bath/ shower in combo but Drain is however clogged and tub is full of stangant water.can anybody tell me that how to clean stagnant water in the tub ?? I'm too much shamed to call a plumber about this.What should I do?

Call the plumber. He will have seen worse and he can get the drain working.

ONE cup - no more - of household/laundry bleach - then call the plumber

ditto. and Don't add any bleach to the water until after your plumber is done.

A wet/dry vacuum cleaner will resolve that issue quickly.

If I was the plumber I would just as soon have the tub full of water so I don't have to wait while I fill it..

As I told a friend recently when she said her toilet was plugged up but did not want me to fix it because she hadn't had time to clean it out, "People call me to unplug it so they CAN clean it out".

Vacuum Cleaner really work so fast?? Bu the way thanks for giving quick response and wonderful suggestions.

It will work, but not sure how fast depending on how much water is in the tub. But, then you have to get the thing full of water out of the house.

A wet dry shop vac. Not the typical push handle vac cleaner for floor cleaning.

But if you call the plumber he will probably fill the tub a bit to replicate the drain clog anyways.
