2 septic systems 1 vent stack

we just had a 2000 gallon septic tank and drain field installed in the back yard and we still have the original 1000 septic tank and new drain field. the reason we have two of them is our original systems field line went into the neighbors yard and the tree roots clogged up the pipes and the tank is at the lowest grade, now that being said one toilet, bathtub, washer and kithcen sink will be on the 2000 gallont tank and the 1000 gallon tank will have a toilet and bath tub. can i vent both toilets on the same vent stack as they were previously since they are just a wall apart from each other and still go into separate septic tanks. Will this pass inspection

Yep. The souce of the venting of the line is totally unrelated to where the water/waste eventually ends up.
