We have two toilets, on opposite sides of the house, north and south. There are cleanouts (PVC) right outside each bathroom window, as well as another right next to the house on the southwest wall. Neither toilet will flush unless the plug is off the cleanout closest to the Southern bathroom (which of course discharges the sewage into our yard). I have augered all three cleanouts, but met no blockage after 40 feet. I have augered the toilet with a closet auger but met no resistance. Where the devil is the obvious blockage?!

Having to remove the cleanout plug for the toilets to flush implies an "air bound" system without a vent. Now whether that is actually the problem or not cannot be determined without a physical test of the system.

The spillage of sewage out of the cleanout indicates either a full septic tank, or clogged pipe in the yard.
