Hi
Please help ! I'm having so much of plumbing issues in this new house we moved into.
The issue now is :
Initially when we moved in the hot water in all the tapes were good but now 3 months down the kitchen tap hot water is good and the bathrooms are almost bordering on luke warm. Its winter when we moved in 3 months ago and its still winter now, so i'm tempted to rule out the water being cold. One thing i've being thinking off is that the kitchen tap is in line and close to the water heater outside, whereas the bathrooms are a little away from the hot water system. Should it make that much of a difference considering it was fine when we first moved in ?
Any help will be appreciated
Reg

Is it lukewarm at bathing fixtures AND bathroom sinks, or just bathing fixtures?
