Probably about 30 years ago I had a similar looking shower head.
As I see it the "problem" for you is that those are no longer legal. No one makes them anymore and most likely hasn't done so for at least 10 years.
The good news is that there are hundreds of different shower heads today that spray as nicely as that old one did and they can do it with half the amount of water.
That old shower head, unless you had a water softener or distilled water to the shower head it would eventually start to clog up and today there are a lot of shower heads that actually have rubber tips on the end and so when scale builds on those tips one only has to rub on those tips and the scale is removed.
If you've tried ONE new shower head style and weren't happy with it I hope you'll try some others and recognize that there are hundreds of different ones today some of which you might end up liking.

yea thought so to that they dont make these no more the style looks old then most shower heads these days oh well i guess ill start a journey to find the perfect shower head LOL.Thx
