I have a very slow drip from my tub faucet. I went to the mighty Youtube and found out how to fix it. I replaced the stem in the cold water knob and now it's dripping more than before? Would replacing the hot water one fix the problem? Or any other ideas?
Thanks

Much depends on the temperature of the water coming from the spout. The temperature of the leaky water would be the way to go.

Thanks. The leak has been cold and it's still cold so I didn't think the hot needs replacing but I didn't know if it would fix the leak or not changing both out.

Can you turn the water off at the water heater ? That would tell you if its the hot side of the tub faucet that's leaking.
The seats should be inspected as well, I usually replace them when installing a new washer or stem.

When you fix a faucet, you replace BOTH stems/washers AND the seats.

I did replace the seat in the cold water one. I will change out the hot water one and seat and see if that works too. There is also a middle knob for tub to shower. Do I need to replace that too?

I fixed it . I found out that I needed to twist the stem half way and then install so that it could make contact with the seat. The way it comes, it is fully in the open position. Even if that's not true, it worked

Your description is backwards. Usually the problem is that the stem is in the "closed" position and contacts the seat before it is tight. (but then doing that sometimes destroys the faucet so you have to replace the whole thing). If it were in the open position, there should have been NOTHING to prevent it from inserting properly and shutting off the way it should.
