Hi everyone-just needed a few pointers- We bought new fridge but for some reason there's no water coming out the water line- from the wall -the fridge not hooked up
used to work with the old fridge-turned off the water unplugged etc
got new fridge next day now no water coming out from the wall itself. ??
house built 2003 dedicated water line just nothing coming out ?

You give us nothing to work with as far as making a diagnosis. if you just turned the water off to remove the old refrigerator, logically, all you have to do is turn it back on. If that doesn't work then we would have to be there to find out what the problem is.

Replace the shutoff valve and hose connection. This is based on the information, you did not supply.

If your fridge water is supplied by a saddle valve, it is faulty and must be replaced.

OK, I'll ask.....What can go wrong with a saddle valve to prevent flow?

Saddle valves in my area are notorious for 'stripping out' due to the water quality.
