Hello,
I'm renovating my bathroom and I am turning my toilet 90 degrees. The existing flange is cast iron with a lead joint. Is there an adapter available to place on the existing cast iron flange so my Johnny Bolts line up with new position and I don't have to spin/replace old flange?

It won't work, unless you have an unusual installation. Turning it 90 degrees without moving the pipe would usually mean it was 15", or more, from the back wall and only 12" from the side, neither of which make a legal, useful, or attractive toilet installation.

Brass closet lag screws will allow you to secure the toilet to the flange, at 90 degrees than what was originally intended.

Lag screws will attach the toilet to the floor, but not to the flange which is what he was asking about.

The short answer is yes. But I'm surprised that the cast flange doesn't have the 90 degree bolt slots already. OK, so it is THAT old, then (or than?) yes you can find an adapter or like previous poster said brass screws (#12 minimum) to the floor but you must be careful of the screw alignment as to not stress the porcelain outward or it may break in the future. You really want to fasten to the flange so you get a good compression on the wax seal.
