Hello Friends,
I am trying to uninstall the Axor hansgrohe Starck shower head
[www.hansgrohe-int.com]
but the shower head keeps rotating and doesn't come off, I see a small hole at the bottom towards the wall but is not a screw, is there a special tool required to uninstall these?
or could you please help me figure this out.
Thank you,

What are you trying to remove. The entire unit has a male thread which is screwed in to a fitting in the wall.

Is there an access panel on the back side? If you are turning the whole assembly counter-clockwise, and it's changing orientation, 6 o'clock, 12 o'clock, 6 o'clock ,etc., it should come off. Unless somone threaded it into a union.

There is no installation instructions, but since it has a 1/2" male inlet, it could have an adapter which screws in to the fitting, then the shower head attaches with an Allen screw to it.

Hello.
What happened to your situation? I have a 1in opening on my shower arm and cannot swap out the shower head.
If I have to change the shower arm I may have the same problem. I am renting so I just want to change the shower head.
Thanks for any help. Should just search for a new thread.
