Hello,
I need to replace a leaking tub diverter spout, which was installed in our home in 1999. Unfortunately I have no idea who the maker is. After several e-mail communications with Moen, they have told me that our spout is not a Moen product.
I have posted a couple of pictures at photobucket.com. On the underside of the spout are the letters ZP in an oval shape and SA in a circle or large C. Here are the links:

I would be grateful for any help you can offer.
Thank you, Christa Jansen

The pictures show a "generic" polished brass diverter. The only thing it does not show is how it attaches to the pipe coming out of the wall. There may be an Allen screw inside the slot on the bottom holding it on. If not then the spout unscrews. In either case you can take it to any big box store and get a matching one.

I'd bet that there's an allen head screw in the hole at the bottom, rear of the spout.
I'd use a Delta spout when replacing it.
