I have a Case Model 3000 toilet that is wall mounted. After hours of frustration and many dollars spent replacing parts, I decided to replace the entire flush system. This was quite expensive and came with no instructions. After installing all parts I turned the water on and no water would flow through the system. It is a complicated system and, I am embarrassed to say since I have an engineering background, I can't figure out how it works. After turning some of the valve screws I got water to flow but most of it flowed back into the toilet from the upper port and only a trickle into the tank. It probably took 8 or 10 gallons to flow before the tank filled up. Also the float stayed in the lowest position even though it was covered with water.
Where can I get a manual with explanation that a dummy can understand that will help? I have become so frustrated with this toilet, I am considering building a platform so that a conventional floor mounted toilet can be installed.

The Case 3000 flush mechanism is fairly simple even though it does have many parts unique to it. Unfortuneately, it would be difficult to tell you how to adjust it, except to say that the big black 'nut' on the front controls how fast the water flows, and the screw on top adjusts the water level. The valve on the pipe into the bowl determines how much water goes in to the bowl, and it is controlled by the link to the handle, assuming you installed it.
