The Sprayer section of my kitchen faucet/sprayer came detached from the hose. As far as I can tell, I should just be able to reattach the hose to the sprayer unit. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to thread the flexible hose back up through the faucet to do so. I really do not want to have to disconnect water lines and completely take faucet out.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Push it up through the center hole. If it is a "pull out" spout/spray, it should not have fallen all the way down into the cabinet.

Correct, the collar on the hose should not have went down thru the faucet.
You might feed a wire down the faucet and tie to the hose to help pull it back up through.

Thanks for your suggestions, but that's not the problem. The hose fell down thru the faucet and the is caught just under the faucet. I can't seem to be able to push the hose back up through -- I assume because of the slant/bent in the design of the faucet

Try a "2 man approach". Have one underneath pushing on the hose with other one on top moving the spout back and forth. The one on the bottom can also twist the hose at the same time.
