Yesterday I walked into my bathroom and there was water all over the floor. It was coming from the back of the toilet. The toilet works fine. But within a couple hours the back of toilet overflows. The toilets not running. It slowly fills up and then leaks from the handle. I turned the water off and after flushing the toilet. when i went back and look theres water back in the toilet. PLease help. I dont have the money for a plumber.

If you don't have money for the toilet, keep the water off at the stop to prevent the water from filling the tank.
From your description, it sounds like you have some debris in the fill valve that is allowing water into your tank and not shutting off as it should.
I'd still call a plumber as it might end up cheaper than paying a very high water bill.

Ive turned the water off at the toilet but the water still gets in. I dont hear anything running.

ONe of your problems, apparently, is that the "overflow tube" inside the tank is too high, otherwise the water would NOT be able to leak out of the handle hole.
1. Cut the top of the overflow off so it is below the handle hole
2. Repair or replace the toilet's water fill valve, and
3. maybe also replace the shutoff valve at the wall if the tank is still filling with water.
