SanSpa Steam Shower Unit

I have a recently required but older model SanSpa steam shower unit (new) that does not work. The problem is that the unit was acquired from an overstock company that doesn't service the unit.

The issue is that the steam unit will not work. My plumber thought it was a bad "central control unit" (whatever that is) so we did get this replaced. Unfortunately the unit ran for about ten minutes and then cut out and hasn't worked since.

I understand that this is both an electrical and a plumbing job. He is a plumber with some electricians skills (although not certified). So, we even brought in a master electrician to make sure we were good with the electrical hook up. Still no good.

I am located in SW lower Michigan and cannot find any SanSpa sevice anywhere close. Is there a special plumber/ electrician I need to look for that is familiar with working on steam/ shower units?

Any suggestions?
